Pricing on UnitySMM is subject to change without notice, and existing terms remain valid regardless of pricing updates. Delivery timeframes provided for any service are estimates only, based on order volume and platform conditions — they are not guarantees. UnitySMM will not issue refunds for orders that are actively processing simply because delivery is taking longer than expected.

If necessary to fulfill an order accurately, UnitySMM reserves the right to substitute a comparable service type. While we aim to deliver the exact quantities listed in each service description, changes made by social media platforms to their algorithms or policies may affect drop ratios or delivery guarantees, and UnitySMM cannot be held liable for such platform-side changes.

UnitySMM is not liable for any damages, losses, or business impact that may result from the use of our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

UnitySMM holds no responsibility for account suspensions, content removal, or restrictions imposed by Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, or any other platform as a result of using our services.

5. Nature of Services

UnitySMM services are intended solely to enhance the visibility and appearance of your social media presence across Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

• We guarantee delivery of the quantity purchased, but do not guarantee engagement, interaction, or activity from the delivered followers, members, or views.
• We do not guarantee that all delivered accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or content uploaded, though we work to maintain quality standards.
• Orders placed on accounts, channels, or pages set to Private will not qualify for refunds, whether full or partial. All destinations must be set to Public before placing an order.
• Users must not use UnitySMM to promote content that violates community standards, including nudity or content prohibited by the relevant platform.
• Accounts or pages that already have 100,000+ followers, members, or views prior to ordering will not be eligible for refill protection, as it is not possible to determine the source of any subsequent drop.

6. Refund Policy

All deposits made to your UnitySMM wallet are final and non-refundable to the original payment method. Once funds are added, they may only be used toward services on UnitySMM.

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Doing so may result in immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and removal of any previously delivered followers, members, likes, or views.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted. If an order is confirmed non-deliverable, the amount will be credited back to your UnitySMM wallet balance — not your original payment method. Orders affected by incorrect links, private accounts, or account changes made after submission (such as changing a username, deleting content, or switching to private) are not eligible for refunds. Please double-check all order details before submitting.

Any use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account termination, with no exceptions. Additionally, using multiple panels or services simultaneously on the same target link may cause inaccurate delivery tracking, and such orders will not qualify for a refund.

7. Privacy Policy
